Returns & Exchange Policy
Enjoy the flexibility of our 45 days returns policy! Simply pack the item with its original packaging and tags, and complete the online return form. For your returns to be valid, you must fulfill the policy below:

Merchandise must be returned within 45 days from
date of purchase. If your parcel return after 45 days (from the posted date
shown on parcel details), refund/exchange will be declined.
2.
Merchandise must be returned in new and original
conditions, unworn with all original tags attached and any related accessories
included.
3.
Refund will be decline if merchandise found:
damaged, washed, or brand tag has been removed.
4.
You can choose to refund or exchange product.
5.
Exchange is strictly subject to stocks
availability.
6.
If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the
value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in another cases, if
the item you wish to exchange is lower price, NO cash refund policy shall
apply.
7.
Buyers are responsible for the return/exchange
shipping cost.
8.
Shipping cost will be deducted accordingly from
refund amount.
9.
Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel
reach us.
10.
Please ensure your return parcel is packed and
sealed properly to prevent shipping damage.
11.
Refund will be issue in 3- 5 working days once
return parcel arrived.
12.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer exchange
or refund for jewellery items, swimwear or any type of inner wear.
